Le tapis rouge de l'esport
La cérémonie de remises des prix des Esports Awards 2021 a eu lieu hier soir, à l'Esports Stadium Arlington, à Arlington, au Texas. Animés par Eefje 'sjokz' Depoortere, James 'Dash' Patterson, Alex 'Goldenboy' Mendez, Soe Gschwind, Nyvi Estephan et Thom 'F.' Badinger, cette soirée a permis de révéler les grands gagnants des Esports Awards 2021, où les célébrités et les personnalités de l'esports les plus célèbres au monde ont été honorées lors d'une nuit de célébration. Parmi les plus grands gagnants de la soirée, Riot Games a remporté les prix de l'équipe de diffusion/production de l'année et de l'éditeur de l'année, tandis que son titre de FPS VALORANT a remporté le prix du jeu de l'année.
Dans les catégories Pro et On-Air, Marc Robert "Caedrel" Lamont a été nommé Esports Analyst, Zhu "paraboy" Bocheng a remporté le trophée Esports Mobile Player, et le récent vainqueur du PGL CS:GO Major Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev a été nommé Esports PC Player. Le compétiteur français Evan "M0nkey M00n" Rogez, joueur de l'équipe Team BDS que Rocket League, reçoit également un award, dans la catégorie meilleur rookie (Controller Player).
